Warranty Returns (RMA)

What is RMA Warranty?

RMA stands for Return to Manufacturer Authorization. It is the process of applying for an RMA number and returning a defective/faulty item back to the retailer or manufacturer for repair/replacement.

How do I know I need an RMA?

Well simply put, when something is faulty and no longer works as a result of it failing on its own or is DOA out of the box. However it is always a good idea to confirm that whatever it is you are trying to return actually is faulty, usually by testing it in another Check that the power cable is securely connected.
